Origin of shipment
All orders are prepared and shipped from Montreal, QC.
Shipping method
Shipments are made via Canada Post, using the untracked Lettermail service. This shipping method is the lightest, simplest and most economical, keeping delivery costs affordable.
Please note that the Lettermail service does not include a tracking number, and delivery times may vary depending on the destination, time of year and mail volume. Once your order is dropped off at the post office, it proceeds through the Canada Post network.

The time to prepare your order before shipment is 2 to 5 business days.
Mail delivery standards
Mail delivery standards (Untracked Lettermail service) vary by distance. Standards are not guaranteed and may be affected by holidays and seasonal volumes, but you can generally expect delivery within the following timeframes:
- 2 business days for the local area (Montreal)
- 3 business days within the province (Quebec)
- 4 business days across Canada
- Up to 7 business days internationally
- As Lettermail is untracked, no updates are available during transit.

It is important that the address provided is complete and accurate. A small error in the postal code or street number can unfortunately lead to delays or a return to sender. If you realize that any information is incorrect after your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible.
