A busier spring and early summer than expected

I really wanted to write a post for each of these three months, but May, June, and July were much busier than I had imagined. Everything happened at breakneck speed and each month brought its share of challenges, unexpected events and, above all, boxes.

May - The move that started earlier than expected

Moving day was already fast approaching, and even though I thought I still had a little time, I had to start packing and moving my things as early as May. It was a month filled with boxes to fill, sorting to do, decisions to make and a thousand little details to handle. I wanted to be settled in by June 1st, so May became a month of transition, preparation and logistics.

June - Settling in and the final boxes

I told myself that June would be the month where I could calmly finalize the last transfers, tidy up what was left and take the time to settle in. In reality, June was a month where I was still chasing after boxes, moving things from one corner to another, trying to recreate a functional space and adapting to my new daily routine. It wasn't a restful month, but a necessary one to regain some semblance of order.

July - The heat, the chaos, and... a festival

July began abruptly with heatwaves that made everything even more difficult. I found myself living in a mountain of boxes, a mix of heat, disorganization and fatigue. It was a month where I was simply trying to survive the heat, find my belongings, organize a livable space and catch my breath. Despite everything, July was also marked by a positive moment because I participated in my first festival with the Hambajoues, an experience that was highly emotional and ultimately very rewarding.

In short, these three months were intense, unpredictable and demanding, but they were also filled with changes, new beginnings, challenges and small victories!
